Time: Approx: 3:30 a.m.
I live in northeast Oshawa and saw a huge orange/amber orb in the sky last night around 3:30 a.m. It was quite low in the sky, just hovering for the most part.
I left the window, came back about 20 minutes later and it was gone. Maybe the same thing?

I saw the same thing the evening of September 2nd around 9:00pm. It didn't hover though. It was in the northern sky, approximately 20-30 degrees above the horizon, moving in a constant motion east to west. Stayed in the sky for about a minute before I lost it behind trees.
